STEP 4 — Asset Collection

• Brand guidelines
• Social handles
• Vendor setup needs (if applicable)

STEP 5 — Marketing Integration

Add sponsor to:
• Event flyer
• Website
• Social announcements
• Email blasts

Schedule:
Minimum 2–3 promotional mentions.

STEP 6 — Event Execution

Provide:
• On-site visibility
• Stage acknowledgment
• Vendor placement
• Content capture

Assign one staff member to sponsor liaison role.

STEP 7 — Post-Event Report

Within 5 days send:

• Event photos
